用(yong)工制度采取(qu)新舉措 公司聘任勞務派(pai)遣工為管理(li)人員

持續了一個多(duo)星期(qi)的(de)DESMA分(fen)廠(chang)管理崗位(wei)競聘工作(zuo)落(luo)下帷幕,在(zai)(zai)4個競聘崗位(wei)中(zhong),2個管理崗位(wei)由勞(lao)(lao)務派(pai)遣(qian)工擔任,這在(zai)(zai)際(ji)華(hua)三五一四公(gong)司還是破天荒頭一次,在(zai)(zai)職工特別是勞(lao)(lao)務派(pai)遣(qian)工中(zhong)引起了廣泛關(guan)注。通(tong)過(guo)競聘上(shang)崗,勞(lao)(lao)務工在(zai)(zai)公(gong)司的(de)地(di)位(wei)大(da)大(da)提高,身(shen)份認同感大(da)大(da)增強,工作(zuo)積(ji)極性空前提升,其實際(ji)影響遠遠大(da)于象征意義。
作為當前(qian)國內最大的(de)雙(shuang)密(mi)(mi)度(du)鞋靴研(yan)發(fa)生產(chan)基地,際華三五一(yi)四公司雙(shuang)密(mi)(mi)度(du)產(chan)品的(de)生產(chan)航母(mu)卻是DESMA分(fen)(fen)(fen)廠(chang),該(gai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)廠(chang)擁有3臺國際先(xian)(xian)進(jin)的(de)德國DESMA橡膠雙(shuang)密(mi)(mi)度(du)連幫(bang)注射設備,雙(shuang)密(mi)(mi)度(du)鞋靴橡膠的(de)生產(chan)水平國內領先(xian)(xian)。DESMA分(fen)(fen)(fen)廠(chang)實行模擬法人運行機(ji)制以來(lai),給(gei)整個公司的(de)工(gong)作帶(dai)來(lai)了新氣象,繼實施班組(zu)長競(jing)聘(pin)(pin)后,公司又把該(gai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)廠(chang)4個管理崗位拿出來(lai)進(jin)行競(jing)聘(pin)(pin)。相較于由分(fen)(fen)(fen)廠(chang)聘(pin)(pin)任(ren)的(de)班組(zu)長崗位,車間管理崗位是由公司聘(pin)(pin)任(ren)的(de),競(jing)聘(pin)(pin)條件(jian)更為嚴苛,待遇更為優厚。
公(gong)司高(gao)度重視(shi)這項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),成立了(le)由執行董(dong)事高(gao)永慶為(wei)(wei)組(zu)長(chang)、總(zong)經理潘文峰(feng)為(wei)(wei)副(fu)組(zu)長(chang)的(de)競(jing)(jing)聘(pin)(pin)小組(zu),指導整(zheng)個(ge)競(jing)(jing)聘(pin)(pin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。從(cong)12月3日開(kai)始競(jing)(jing)聘(pin)(pin)到12月10日競(jing)(jing)聘(pin)(pin)結(jie)束,作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)評委全程參(can)(can)與競(jing)(jing)聘(pin)(pin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)公(gong)司領導、人力資源部、安(an)全管理部等人員(yuan),深深感到,勞(lao)務(wu)派(pai)遣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)實力不(bu)容小覷。全俊華(hua),1993年(nian)參(can)(can)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),是DESMA分廠(chang)廠(chang)長(chang)的(de)得力助手,她工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)經驗(yan)豐富,操作(zuo)手法嫻熟,從(cong)事過整(zheng)個(ge)生產流程的(de)每一(yi)道工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序,是一(yi)個(ge)生產多(duo)面(mian)手,多(duo)年(nian)來一(yi)直擔任(ren)車(che)間(jian)(jian)班組(zu)長(chang)一(yi)職。孟書雪則是高(gao)學(xue)歷勞(lao)務(wu)派(pai)遣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)代(dai)表(biao),他(ta)2008大(da)專畢業(ye)后,就(jiu)到際華(hua)三五一(yi)四(si)公(gong)司參(can)(can)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。雖然一(yi)直作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)勞(lao)務(wu)派(pai)遣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)在車(che)間(jian)(jian)從(cong)事多(duo)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),但(dan)是他(ta)毫(hao)無怨言,在兢兢業(ye)業(ye)認真工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)同時,不(bu)斷強化對制(zhi)鞋專業(ye)知識的(de)學(xue)習,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)能力有了(le)很大(da)提高(gao),在職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中威(wei)信很高(gao)。最終這兩名勞(lao)務(wu)派(pai)遣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)力壓(ya)群雄(xiong),成功競(jing)(jing)聘(pin)(pin)為(wei)(wei)制(zhi)鞋技術員(yuan)兼(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)段長(chang)。
今年(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)初,公(gong)司下大(da)力開展了(le)勞(lao)務用工(gong)(gong)(gong)制度(du)改革,確(que)(que)定要(yao)在(zai)(zai)勞(lao)務派遣工(gong)(gong)(gong)當中選擇綜(zong)合素質高,操作技能高,任(ren)勞(lao)任(ren)怨的(de)優秀分子招收為合同制職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),并(bing)(bing)培養一(yi)批公(gong)司發(fa)展所需要(yao)的(de)骨干力量(liang),為勞(lao)務派遣工(gong)(gong)(gong)人才晉升(sheng)開辟了(le)通道。此次競(jing)(jing)(jing)聘(pin)伊(yi)始,執行(xing)(xing)董事(shi)高永慶就明確(que)(que)了(le)意見,此次競(jing)(jing)(jing)聘(pin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作要(yao)任(ren)人唯賢,不(bu)拘一(yi)格,大(da)膽使(shi)用,英(ying)雄(xiong)不(bu)問出處,確(que)(que)保為每(mei)一(yi)名職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)提供舞臺。競(jing)(jing)(jing)聘(pin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作小(xiao)組堅持(chi)公(gong)開、公(gong)平、公(gong)正的(de)原則開展工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,分別在(zai)(zai)公(gong)司主干道、生產(chan)區、辦(ban)公(gong)區、LED電子屏(ping)幕(mu)公(gong)布競(jing)(jing)(jing)聘(pin)辦(ban)法、崗(gang)位說明,并(bing)(bing)在(zai)(zai)公(gong)司對外網站上張貼“英(ying)雄(xiong)榜”,歡迎外部(bu)人員參與競(jing)(jing)(jing)聘(pin)。12月(yue)7日,參加競(jing)(jing)(jing)聘(pin)的(de)人員手持(chi)競(jing)(jing)(jing)聘(pin)書依(yi)次走入(ru)競(jing)(jing)(jing)聘(pin)室,分別就個人所競(jing)(jing)(jing)聘(pin)的(de)崗(gang)位,從自我簡(jian)介、2011年(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作情(qing)況(kuang)分析以及(ji)聘(pin)任(ren)成(cheng)功的(de)打算、將采取的(de)措施三方面進行(xing)(xing)陳述。經過大(da)量(liang)艱苦的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,12月(yue)8日公(gong)司公(gong)示測評結(jie)果,接(jie)受群眾監督(du),聽取意見。12月(yue)10日,競(jing)(jing)(jing)聘(pin)成(cheng)功的(de)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)走馬上任(ren)。
此次(ci)競(jing)聘帶給公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)的啟迪意義(yi)是,不僅為公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)決策層今后創造性開(kai)展工(gong)作(zuo)開(kai)拓了(le)思路,具有前(qian)所未有的開(kai)創意義(yi),而且深化了(le)勞(lao)務用(yong)工(gong)制度改革(ge),為每一位職(zhi)工(gong)成長成才開(kai)通了(le)渠道,更(geng)是給勞(lao)務派遣工(gong)參政議政指出了(le)方(fang)向,使得他們的工(gong)作(zuo)干得更(geng)有奔頭了(le)。今后,三(san)五一四公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)將會有更(geng)多(duo)的勞(lao)務派遣工(gong)走上管(guan)理(li)崗位,在不遠(yuan)的將來甚(shen)至還(huan)會由勞(lao)務派遣工(gong)擔任車間主任。
